1. Introduction

Welcome to FastLaunch (the "Platform"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our Platform and its services, which allow users to discover, share, and support various projects (the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.

2. Using Our Services

By submitting User Content, you grant FastLaunch a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Content in connection with the Services and FastLaunch's (and its successors' and affiliates') business, including for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Services.

Responsibility for Your Content: You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting or publishing it. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to publish User Content you submit; and the User Content does not infringe any third party's intellectual property or other proprietary rights.

Our Rights: We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to review, screen, or monitor User Content. We may remove or modify any User Content at any time for any reason, including for violation of these Terms or our policies, or if we believe it may create liability for us.

Platform Content: The Services and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music, and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, (excluding User Content) are the exclusive property of FastLaunch and its licensors. Our Services may contain links to third-party websites, advertisers, services, special offers, or other events or activities that are not owned or controlled by FastLaunch. We do not endorse or assume any responsibility for any such third-party sites, information, materials, products, or services.

If you access a third-party website from the Services, you do so at your own risk, and you understand that these Terms and our Privacy Policy do not apply to your use of such sites.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services or contact us to delete your account.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU USE THE SERVICES AT YOUR OWN RISK. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR EFFECTIVENESS OF ANY CONTENT, INFORMATION, OR SERVICES PROVIDED.

7. Limitation of Liability
